What to include

- A brief explanation of the concern and your relationship to the person depicted.
- A contact address for questions and the review outcome.
Verification and review
Send the request to support@candymail.ai. We may ask for evidence needed to verify identity or authority to act. Do not send identity documents in an initial public post; follow the support team's verification instructions.
Confirmed valid requests can result in removal of the identified material. Review depends on the information supplied and applicable requirements; submitting a request is not an automatic removal confirmation.
Limit further exposure
Do not repost the material publicly to make a report. Keep the reference and explain the concern directly. Reports involving minors or non-consensual intimate material should clearly identify that concern without circulating the content.
