Conversations and review
Private interaction does not mean no processing. Automated moderation and review of flagged material can be used to enforce content rules. Avoid sending passwords, financial information or unnecessary identifying details in a conversation.
Requests about your data
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. Contact support@candymail.ai with your account and request. Verification may be needed.
Deleting an account is not a promise that every record disappears immediately; legal retention requirements can apply. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
