Your images and videos
A generated image, a video result and a character pack come from different places. Start with the type of media you want to find, then check the account used to create or unlock it.
Find the right kind of media

Save the result you actually want
Open the completed image or video before using its available download control. A preview thumbnail is not necessarily the downloadable file. Browser permissions and the device determine where a download is saved.
A download does not preserve a conversation or transfer an unlock to a second account. Before deleting a chat or account, save any eligible files you want to keep.
If something seems to be missing
Check the sign-in provider, account email and generation status first. A second login can lead to a different history and allowance. Refresh a completed result once before submitting the same paid request again.
For a charged request with no usable result, note the approximate time, feature, device and visible error. Send those details to support without attaching an entire private conversation.
Questions and answers
Is Collection the same as Private Content?
No. Generated results and pre-made character packs are different types of media. An unlock for a pack does not submit a new image-generation request.
Can I move my collection by signing in with another email?
Another email or sign-in provider may open a separate account. Use the account that owns the original history and purchases; changing accounts does not transfer them.
