Live Action with selected characters
Live Action gives selected AI characters an interactive visual format. It has its own controls and requirements, separate from a regular text conversation.
Check the character and device
Live Action is offered for selected characters and is described in the help material as a mobile Premium feature. Opening another character or using a different screen does not guarantee the same options.
Review the controls available on the selected character. Some interactions can require tokens in addition to plan access.
A visual interaction, not a human call
The character and scene are AI-based. Do not confuse the visual format with a video call to a real person, including when the character uses a realistic identity.
A Live Action interaction is also different from submitting a video-generation request. The available controls determine what can happen within the scene.
When the option is unavailable
Check the device, subscribed account and selected character before assuming the feature has failed. For a loading error, note the exact screen and browser.
If an action was charged but did not complete, keep the approximate time and action name for support before trying it repeatedly.
Questions and answers
Will every Candy AI girlfriend have Live Action?
No. Live Action is available on selected characters. A standard character profile does not guarantee that mode.
Does Live Action create a downloadable video?
Do not assume so. Interactive actions and video generation are different features. Use an eligible video-generation or download control where it is actually offered.
